Return and Refund Guidelines
- We are happy to accept returns or provide refunds for eligible items.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery to support@toyshome.pk.
- Include a short video or clear pictures of the item to support your claim.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Products returned in poor condition may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed within seven working days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account.

Process for Exchange/Return
- Items must be unused and include original packaging and tags.
- Send the product to:

- Upon receipt, we will issue a voucher via email for your next purchase.
- Items purchased online can also be exchanged or returned at any Toys Home outlet, subject to policy terms.

Refund Policy
When Can You Request a Refund?
- Refunds are applicable for items received in a damaged or faulty condition.
- Products must be returned unwashed, unused, and with original tags and undamaged packaging.
