Return and Refund Guidelines

  1. We are happy to accept returns or provide refunds for eligible items.
  2. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery to support@toyshome.pk.
  3. Include a short video or clear pictures of the item to support your claim.
  4. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  5. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  6. Products returned in poor condition may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
  7. Refunds or replacements will be processed within seven working days after we receive the returned item.
  8. Refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account.

Process for Exchange/Return

  1. Items must be unused and include original packaging and tags.
  2. Send the product to:
    Toys Home Ecommerce Department
    Toyshome.pk,
  3. Outlet #115 & Outlet # 154, 3rd Floor Gul Plaza M.A Jinnah Road, Karachi, Pakistan
  4. Upon receipt, we will issue a voucher via email for your next purchase.
  5. Items purchased online can also be exchanged or returned at any Toys Home outlet, subject to policy terms.

  • Delivery charges for returns are non-refundable.
  • Toys Home reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.

Refund Policy

When Can You Request a Refund?

  1. Refunds are applicable for items received in a damaged or faulty condition.
  2. Products must be returned unwashed, unused, and with original tags and undamaged packaging.
  3. Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, supported by a video or pictures sent to support@toyshome.pk.
  4. Refunds for reasons such as "not liking the product" will not be entertained.

Refund Process

  1. Refunds will be processed within seven working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  2. Refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account once you provide your details along with the complaint.
